I traveled extensively to study yoga and received my RYT 500 certification in Rishikesh, India. What drives me forward is empowering people to explore and realize their own potential. One of the reasons I’m so passionate about yoga is that I believe the practice supports people in finding their true purpose. My approach blends traditional Hatha and Ashtanga vinyasa with yogic philosophy applicable to our modern lives.
My classess include creative and playful vinyasa flow sequences as well as restorative and grounding Yin practices.
I believe it is very important to practice with awareness and intelligence. If our goal is the, “cessation of the fluctuations of the mind” as Patanjali writes in the Yoga Sutras, then every aspect of our practice has to be directed towards this end. I hope that any student who begins an Asana practice eventually finds their way to the other 7 limbs of Yoga.
Yasmine had been living in Australia for 5 years considering to stay there permanently, until she felt a strong call to go to India. So She left Australia and went on a 6 months trip around Pacific Islands, Southeast Asia and finally India. Anthony was teaching in PA , USA when one day his teacher told him she was going to Rishikesh India and asked if he would like to join.
He found World Peace Yoga school and signed up for his 300 hr TT there. Yasmine was also training there. By chance they were naturally drawn to each other and became very good friends throughout the training, and the connection only grew stronger afterwards back home.
Sharing the same goals, they teamed up moving in the same direction, on a mission to serve and share the benefits of yoga with as many souls as they can.
